Terms of Service

Last updated: September 23, 2026

These terms apply when you book a service from OneAP, operated by Alexandre Richard. By booking a service, you agree to them.

Service area

We serve homes in the Greater Moncton Area. If you are outside this area, ask us first and we will let you know if we can help.

What we do

We diagnose and improve home Wi-Fi. This may include adjusting settings, repositioning equipment, and installing access points or routers. Before starting, we will explain what we plan to do.

Your internet speed depends partly on your internet provider's plan and network, and on your devices. We cannot control those, so we cannot guarantee specific speeds or coverage.

Equipment

We only buy equipment with your approval. Before buying anything, we will tell you what we recommend, why, and what it will cost. Nothing is purchased until you say yes.

Equipment you pay for belongs to you. Any warranty on equipment comes from its manufacturer.

Pricing and payment

We will explain the cost of our work before we start. Payment is due as agreed when you book. Applicable taxes are added where required.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm that you own the network and equipment we work on, or have permission to have them changed.
  • Have your internet provider account details and any existing Wi-Fi passwords available if they are needed.
  • Tell us about anything unusual in your setup that we should know before we begin.

Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in all our work. To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for problems caused by your internet provider, third-party equipment or software, or changes made by others after our visit.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost business or lost income.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of New Brunswick.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you book applies to that booking.
