This policy explains how OneAP, operated by Alexandre Richard, handles personal information. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising tools, embedded third-party content or contact forms. It does not ask you for any information.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
When you email hello@oneap.ca, we receive whatever you choose to include. That may be your name, email address, home address or general location, phone number, internet provider, and details about your home and Wi-Fi setup.
Emails sent to hello@oneap.ca are used only to respond to service requests. That means replying to you, scheduling a visit, and providing the service you asked for. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a mailing list or use your information for marketing.
By emailing us, you consent to us using the information you send for the purpose described above. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your information.
Our email is provided by Google Workspace, which stores messages on its servers. These servers may be located outside Canada, so your information may be subject to the laws of that country. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
We keep emails only as long as we need them to respond to your request, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep certain records longer.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@oneap.ca with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us what you would like done. We may need to confirm your identity first, for example by replying to the email address we have on file. We will respond within 30 days.
We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, including password-protected accounts and limiting access to the people who need it to respond to your request.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
